Xi-Wei has been tinkering with games ever since he could remember, and spent a good amount of time playing games rather than studying. After graduating with honours in Linguistics and Multilingual Studies from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, he worked in the F&B industry and at Singapore Airlines, before leaving to start Living Theories in 2015.
At Living Theories, Xi-Wei focuses on utilising gamification as a curated solution for clients to maximise their engagement strategies. His team has been involved in crafting tailored solutions and programmes for organizations such as Ascott International, the National Institute of Education, Singapore Airlines and National Gallery Singapore. He has also conducted talks and sessions on employing gamification as an engagement strategy at MDIS and the Lifelong Learning Institute.
