Nikhil is a HR professional with 15+ years’ experience spanning functions – HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Mergers & Acquisition, and Comp & Ben. Based in Singapore, he is in a Regional HR leadership role. He leads HR Guardianship for SA Emerging Markets and Indo-China, managing diverse workforce in over 12 countries.
He carries a unique educational amalgamation of Engineering, MBA (HR), Certificates’ in Business & Labor Laws, and is a certified auditor on ISO and PCMM. He is a SMaC and brand Certified Social Media professional. Among many other accolades, Nikhil was adjudged as the winner under “Best HR Manager” category at recently held HRM Asia 2018 Awards.
On family front, he is married to Meenu and has 2 children – a son (Eshan) and a daughter (Daisy).
As he travels more than 50% of time for work, during his leisure time, Nikhil likes to cook and spend some time with his 2 toddlers.
