Hoden is Director and co-founded Hypercube Consulting, a boutique Business Solutions Implementation Company focused on leveraging technology to develop Strategic Information Value Chain for organisations. The objective is to assist organisations to maximise their business ROI through the successful design, implementation and operationalisation of a Strategic Information Management system. The approach looks at three areas, the first being organisational objectives and challenges, the risks and constraints which it currently faces. The second is to establish the optimal methodology that will help the organisation to manage the uncertainties it faces. We take both a data based as well as a model based approach to analysing the business issues. Lastly, the technology which is best suited to realise the organisations objectives, from just visual analytics, to data modelling as well as data source design and implementation. Prior to founding Hypercube, has worked as management consultant for SAP, Hewlett Packard & Coopers & Lybrand. Hoden has 25 years of experience across the spectrum of business value chain management.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Economics), as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting from the Australian National University. Subsequently he attained an MBA with the Chicago Graduate School of Business.
