Managing Director, PARAMI SOLUTIONS
Benny is the Managing Director of management consulting firm, Parami Solutions. He has been actively advising CEOs of US multinationals and Singaporean companies on their Asia Pacific businesses; helping them to evaluate and map out their strategic plans and options in today’s business climate of change.
He has lived in China, Hong Kong and Indonesia in the past 15 years, holding APAC leadership role in global multinational companies. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Asia in Aggreko, a UK publicly listed company, offering rental power solutions. Prior to that he was the President of Asia for NYSE listed company Tyco, that is in the Fire and Security solutions for commercial and residential applications. Before Tyco, Benny was the President of a NYSE listed company, China Yuchai International, and he also held various leadership positions with Ingersoll Rand/Trane including Managing Director and Vice President, North Asia for the Climate Solutions business.
Benny first started as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney in Chicago and then Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Singapore. Benny has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, England and a MBA from the Harvard Business School, Massachusetts, USA.
